Our representations encompass commercial suits, setting aside proceedings in relation to arbitral awards, proceedings for the appointment of arbitrator(s), proceedings for interim measures in support of arbitration, and enforcement of arbitral awards. 

We also have extensive experience in appearing and presenting a client’s case before international arbitral tribunals. The Firm can deliver drafts (including written pleadings, evidence statements, opening and closing submissions) of excellent quality, that conform with international standards.

We have extensive experience in representing distribution and transmission companies before the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity and the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission. We also routinely advise on transactional matters, applicable  regulations  and  other

We are experienced in representing financial institutions and corporate debtors before the National Company Law Tribunal. We also provide strategic advice to financial institutions and other creditors in relation to the insolvency process
