Manyaa represents large corporations as well as high net individuals in complex, high-stakes matters. She regularly appears before the High Court of Delhi, District Courts in Delhi, arbitral tribunals, and specialized judicial forums including the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Central Electricity Regulatory Commission and the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL). In addition, She has extensive experience in domestic arbitration as well as arbitration related court proceedings, particularly, with matters of appointment of arbitrators, enforcement of, and challenges to arbitral awards and seeking interim reliefs.
Manyaa actively represents clients before quasi-judicial and regulatory authorities such as the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). She routinely assists clients in navigating the legal landscape surrounding insolvency proceedings, including filing claims and defending interests before a resolution professional and NCLT.
